Data Removal & Privacy Rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and similar US state privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct, port, and permanently delete the personal information we hold about you. The fastest way to delete everything is to use the in-app button below.
Other privacy requests
For access, correction, portability, opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do not sell or share, but the request is honored), or to submit a request as an authorized agent on behalf of a consumer, email privacy@sentrydate.app with the subject line Privacy Request. Include your account email (if any) and the type of request. We will verify your identity using reasonable means appropriate to the sensitivity of the request and respond within 45 days (CCPA/CPRA) or one month (GDPR), with a possible 45-day extension for complex requests.
Third parties: If you are not a SentryDate user but believe content depicting or about you was uploaded by another user, email privacy@sentrydate.app with as much identifying detail as possible (e.g. the photo, screenshots, or context). We will delete the relevant scan record within 30 days of verifying the request.
Appeals: If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to the denial email within 60 days. We will respond within 60 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your state attorney general, the California Privacy Protection Agency, or your EU/UK data-protection authority.
